Marillac's Enchanted Evening

Co-chairs Eddie and Shimika Kennison and James and Vicki Mirabile cordially invite you to Marillac's seventeenth annual Enchanted Evening gala. The elegant evening will include live and silent auctions, gourmet cuisine, cocktails, and entertainment. Money raised benefits Kansas City children with special emotional or behavioral needs.

About Marillac: Since its beginnings as a boys’ orphanage in 1897, Marillac has provided compassionate care for the children of Kansas City and its surrounding communities. Today, the not-for-profit agency is a safe haven for children with special emotional and behavioral issues. Marillac’s seventeen-acre facility (located at 8000 W. 127th St., Overland Park, KS) includes the only psychiatric children’s hospital in Johnson County, a residential treatment center, and a therapeutic day school for boys and girls up to age seventeen. Children often come to Marillac with broken hearts and broken spirits—and through expressive therapies, education, and psychiatric treatment; Marillac provides them hope for a brighter tomorrow.
