Show Me Your "ICE" Contest!
As creative/marketing professionals, we all dream of creating a piece of content that is so creative, so entertaining, so shocking that it spreads virally like the plague. Well…here’s your chance freelancers!
As part of this year’s new ICE Awards, we’re creating a simple creative contest to see who can come up with the most noteworthy piece of content, all related to…you guessed, ICE! This piece could be a photo, a video, an illustration, even a haiku for all you copywriters out there. We’re not putting any limits on this sucker. All we want to see is your creativity in coming up with something crazy cool.
What’s in it for you? Glad you asked…
1. You get to let your creativity run amuck to create something fun vs. the ho-hum client work that you’ve been stuck with all year.
2. Your piece of content (along with your name/company name) will be thrown out everywhere, on all of the FX of KC social spaces, to help promote the ICE Awards to area businesses and agencies.
3. The best stuff will be showcased during the ICE Awards presentation.
4. And the best part…The contest winner will be showered with crazy cool gifts ($100-worth of swag and gift certificates).
The Details…
Create your icy piece of viral content and e-mail it to socialmedia@kcfreelanceexchange.com by Monday, December 7th.
Visual pieces should be submitted as a JPG, written pieces in Word, video can be uploaded to YouTube (or others) and then send us the URL. Please include your name/brand as part of the piece.
Judging (the FX Board) will be based on the viral nature of each piece, a.k.a. noteworthy, creative, shocking, sexy or entertaining.
This contest is limited to FX members only.
