- The speed of change in Debra Kunz’s life prepared her to inspire change in others. Her personal life mission comes alive as she speaks and coaches on life planning, team dynamics and organizational change.
As the Strategic Life Planning Director at Integrity Investment Advisors, Debra works with companies, groups or individuals who are at a crossroads, or feel as if their life has stalled. She helps them discover what they want, create a plan to stay focused, guides them through implementation, and navigate the unexpected. Life becomes something you create instead of react to. Her work with businesses improves team dynamics, resulting in more engaged employees, better productivity and increased revenue.
Her business experience spans eight industries over the last 17 years and includes entrepreneurial businesses to globally based conglomerate organizations. Debra understands organizational and life change because of her extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions, cultural shifts and layoffs. Some of her functional responsibilities included marketing communications strategy and implementation, business development, organizational change, project management, facilitation, training development and delivery, and financial advisory services.
