- I am a Licensed Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and the President of Carr & Associates, a leading consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations maximize their human potential, both for the good of the individual and the organization. We develop and implement selection and development programs used by companies to make critical executive succession decisions. I have implemented leadership development and succession planning programs for several international roll-outs in Fortune 100 companies and have conducted a great deal of research concerning executive selection and performance. I also am an active writer and have contributed over 45 book chapters, papers, and presentations to the professional community.
I am active and love to run and play sports and enjoy spending my down time with my wife and two daughters.
