The Reasons Why Becoming Organized Is So Important

As you know, being “organized” is a very popular topic. There are even whole stores, such as The Container Store and Hold Everything, which are devoted to the idea of becoming organized. It seems that everyone is always trying to find a way to become more organized.

Many people mistakenly believe that being organized requires too much effort. Sometimes people think that the only people who can actually become organized are uptight. That is not true! If you have ever wondered what the fuss about… Continue

Personal Coaching Works!

What the Heck Can a Personal Coach Do?
By Aurelia Williams, Certified Life Coach

I just wanted to spread the word about Life Coaching and what it can do to help just about anyone. No, not every coach is suited for every client but the right coach/client combination is such a powerful tool.

“Never Check Email in the Morning” Part 3

This month I’ll break down Competencies five and six from the book by Julie Morgenstern.

Competency Five – Control The Nibblers
Nibblers are every day distractions that gnaw at our ability to concentrate, threaten our productivity, sabotage our plans, and steal hours from the day. Learning to deal with them in the moment and how to maneuver your way back to being into control will help you with your success.

#1 Perfectionism – when left unchecked, can lead to dangerous work standstills.… Continue
