- Extraordinarily passionate about Metro Kansas City and the Midwest in general, about social outreach and especially about hunger relief. Avid reader and writer. Excellent speaker before both small groups and large (and available for speaker engagements). Extensive experience in career coaching. Have been told that I am like a duck -- look calm and composed on the surface, but all the while I am paddling furiously to get things done. (In other words -- look like a type B but function like a type A -- which I guess can be really frustrating to people that don't know me well.)
