Can't say I know of anyone looking for C# at this time. We ran into the same problem at ITDM and had to let them go. Hopefully you'll fare better.

Great to hear your reply. Based on your comments it does sound like a lot of big players already do much of what we would provide. I may need to go back to the drawing board to analyze where to position our services.
It is good to know that the financial institutions were on top of this problem that surfaced in 1999.
I do appreciate your reply.

Good to hear from you again. Let me answer your question generally so as not to broadcast anything I shouldn't. The financial institutions I've worked for probably would not need help on security. They use a variety of nationally marketed tools, including black box testers that pound web applications, as well as IDE plug-ins that analyze code for potential weaknesses. Those packages are combined with team training that address the threats you mention. The IDE plugins produce copious reports about what code is a definite risk, and what might be a risk. This is all backed by vigorous processes (e.g. separation of concerns) to prevent internal threats. In my opinion the potential would be in connection with one of the national security product vendors, although one insisted on providing services to us directly. The even insisted on being on site for our evaluation of the their product(s).
