- I am a Staff and Team Development Coordinator for a company called Grip-It Adventure. Our company is dedicated to help individuals, departments, and businesses use adventure learning as an effective tool for improving the way they live, learn, communicate, and work together. Our facility has high and low ropes courses that we use to provide a unique teambuilding program for area businesses. Grip-it Adventure is an affordable and has had proven benefits in the workplace. The participants will learn to work together to achieve a common goal under challenging circumstances that will produce a high level of trust and respect.
