My Feature in December 2009 Oxygen Women's Fitness Magazine!
I'm very excited to be featured in my first training spread with Oxygen Women's Fitness Magazine! The December 2009 issue with Kim Lyons on the cover is on newsstands everywhere now! My training feature is on page 114-117, it's a great little arm superset workout entitled "Burn Fat in Less Time".
